Overview The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy and a positive Consumer, Merchant and Dasher experience. The team owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle: supply & demand, cost & quality, Dasher pay, Dasher retention, order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, dasher compensation, cancellations, missing items and many more.
Role Description The Senior Associate, Dasher & Logistics Delivery Excellence Strategy & Operations role is for individuals with an ownership mentality who enjoy tackling complex problems, developing innovative solutions, collaborating across teams, and executing to bring strategies to life.
In this role, you will analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with cross‑functional partners (Internally & Externally) to enhance our operations. You will help ensure we deliver a high‑quality experience to all sides of our marketplace, balancing efficiency, cost, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Opportunities
Analyze – Break down data to identify trends, uncover pain points, and to the lowest level of detail to inform decision‑making.
Experiment – Use a data‑driven approach and market knowledge to identify opportunities, run tests, and continuously improve our operations.
Influence – Work cross‑functionally with teams such as Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing to bring solutions to life.
Grow professionally – Gain exposure to multiple sides of the business, own special projects, and expand your scope over time.
Qualifications
You have 3-4 years of work experience in banking, consulting, business operations, strategy, operations, technology, startups, STEM fields, or related areas.
You’re analytical – able to structure and execute analysis, identify insights, and make data‑driven recommendations.
You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, have advanced SQL skills, and can manage complex datasets.
You’re a problem solver – able to translate high‑level goals into actionable plans.
You’re comfortable communicating with stakeholders internally and externally to drive projects forward.
You’re a self‑starter – able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will range from $78,200—$115,000 USD, localized by work location. Base salary is determined by job‑related factors including skills, experience, qualifications and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunities for equity grants.

Paid Time Off
For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked, and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
