Qualifications
Strong skills in Operations Management and optimizing workflows to drive efficiency
Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data, solving problems, and defining metrics for success
Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to motivate and lead diverse groups
Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning to allocate resources effectively
Strong Customer Service orientation to maintain professional and client‑focused relationships
Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross‑functional teams
Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
Experience at a large prop tech, re‑development firm or real estate investment company a HUGE plus
