CMT Digital is currently seeking a multitalented professional with a strong work ethic to join the CMT Digital team as an
Associate , supporting initiatives across
investor relations, business development, and marketing . This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to contribute meaningfully across a variety of high-impact initiatives, while remaining organized and detail-oriented. The right candidate will be a team player who is autonomous, personable, and polished when working with external-facing clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and engaging new Limited Partners (LPs) across institutional, family office, and high-net-worth segments.
Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of the fundraising process.
Enhance existing CRM platform and optimize it for future fundraise processes. Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events that connect the CMT Digital investment team with potential and current LPs.
Manage due‑diligence, documentation and commitment process with LPs in a timely manner.
Investor Relations & Marketing
Support ongoing communication and engagement with existing and prospective investors in coordination with the Head of Investor Relations.
Lead the revamp of CRM and email systems. Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and data integrity across investor relations workflows.
Maintain and update investor data, contact lists, and key records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Assist in preparing and updating investor‑facing materials, including pitch decks, quarterly updates, fund reports, and due diligence documentation.
Collaborate on the firm’s marketing strategy, including helping us strengthen our branding, website redesign and management, and social media presence.
Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and in‑person and virtual events, ensuring consistent communication and follow‑up.
General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in investor relations, client service, marketing, or business development. Strong preference for a crypto‑native. Venture capital, private equity, or asset management experience acceptable.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a polished client‑facing presence.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Affinity, etc.) is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
