BachelordegreeinCivilorElectricalEngineeringfromanaccrediteduniversity.Knowledgeanddemonstratedexperienceintransmissionline設計;successfulcandidateswillhaveatleast7years;experienceintransmissionline設計withmoreseniorlevelpositionsrequiring10yearsorexperiencereadymhandoanddesign.
