Overview Oak Hill Management is currently seeking a Property Manager to assist with several commercial properties located in Raleigh & Fayetteville. The role involves all aspects of day‑to‑day operations, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, and more. Responsibilities include handling tenant issues and service requests, maintaining familiarity with lease terms, preparing the annual budget, and reporting on financial performance. This salaried, full‑time position is based in Raleigh, NC and may require spontaneous travel.

Manage accounts receivable for all incoming rent payments

Respond to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner and generate work orders to vendors or maintenance staff

Follow‑up with tenant(s) to verify satisfactory resolution of any issues

Send floor plans/proposals and conduct property tours for prospective tenants

Ensure 24‑hour emergency coverage for the property at all times

Conduct periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to confirm lease compliance and proper upkeep

Properly maintain property, floor plans, and lease files in accordance with company policy

Coordinate tenant move‑ins, including introduction letters regarding emergency contacts, insurance requirements, rent collection procedures, and maintenance request procedures

Become proficient with AppFolio, Google Drive, and other company systems

Coordinate data entry of all property information into company software and establish reporting protocols for maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, vendor and tenant Certificates of Insurance, and key lease date tracking

Obtain quotes and supervise construction and maintenance projects

Maintain filing and record‑keeping systems

Assist in the production of monthly and annual property reports

Maintain online and physical marketing materials for available properties

Assist with company accounting (Accounts Receivables/Payables)

Qualifications

Commercial Property Manager experience (3+ years preferred)

Strong working knowledge of G‑Suite systems

Proven ability to lease vacant suites
