Temporary, hybrid opportunity beginning mid-November 2025 and running through end January 2026. Requires 2 onsite days (Tuesday/Wednesday) and 3 remote days with flexible 9–5 hours. Laptop provided.

Position Overview The Gift Processing & Donor Relations Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing of donations during the organization’s busiest fundraising season. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Development Operations and collaborating closely with the VP of Development, this role provides essential administrative, database, and donor support to strengthen the organization’s fundraising efforts and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

Accurately process, enter, and reconcile gifts using

Raiser’s Edge NXT

and Excel

Generate acknowledgment letters, receipts, and donor correspondence

Support data integrity efforts, gift reporting, and year‑end reconciliation

Collaborate with the development team to ensure excellent donor stewardship

Qualifications

Prior administrative, donor services, or data entry experience (nonprofit or membership organization preferred)

Familiarity with

Raiser’s Edge NXT

or similar CRM/database strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for donor interaction

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:

$23/hour

Schedule:

Full‑time, temporary (November 2025 – January 2026)

Hybrid model:

2 days onsite (SW DC), 3 remote
