Your Opportunity: TechSource is hiring a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Production Modernization Materials Management Programs (NA-19). You will manage a range program duties in support of the Principal Assistant Deputy Administrator (PADA) for Production Modernization and Materials Management Programs and other Federal and contractor staff as assigned.

You will work onsite daily at the DOE Headquarters Forrestal Building, located in Washington, DC.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide business management support to the PADA, Deputy PADA, and NA-19 Front Office

Manage schedules for two senior executives in a dynamic environment, including multiple sequential meetings in classified and unclassified settings.

Arrange classified and unclassified conferences, meetings, and teleconferences.

Manage logistics for executive travel.

Assist staff with corporate business systems, such as the Federal Travel Management System, Concur travel, Learning Nucleus, eDocs, and SharePoint.

Work in a team and network of professionals to ensure cohesion and alignment throughout the larger organization.

Consolidate weekly reports.

Coordinate correspondence and action items, including preparing, editing, and uploading documents.

Manage visit access procedures and requirements, including greeting high-level visitors.

Participate in various regularly scheduled meetings by preparing senior leadership, providing status and recommendations, tracking actions, and facilitating interactions.

Communicate and interact with diverse teams of people across a large national security organization.

Job Requirements:

Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance.

10 or more years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrated clearly on your resume.

Proven record working in a team with personnel at various levels of seniority.

Flexibility to respond to emerging meetings and shifting requirements that necessitate frequent schedule changes

Discretion and professionalism in a highly-visible, fast paced environment, along with a demonstrated understanding of senior executive schedule protocols.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Keen organizational, detail-orientation, and administrative skills.
