Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing financial performance, analyzing monthly variances, presenting detailed reports to leadership, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to enhance business strategies. Key Responsibilities: Gain deep insights into the Card Partnerships P&L to enhance analytics on business performance.

Analyze key drivers and variances, proposing actionable solutions to improve financial outcomes.

Generate analytical insights to inform overall financial strategy.

Prepare and present comprehensive updates to senior management.

Collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic finance perspectives on new initiatives.

Build expertise in partnership agreements to ensure accurate oversight of partner compensation.

Streamline and optimize reporting processes while continually assessing opportunities for improvement.

Lead a small team of analysts, fostering talent through coaching and mentorship.

We are looking for a candidate who brings strong financial leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to: Clearly articulate financial insights and recommendations.

Evaluate options critically and advocate for strategic choices.

Work efficiently under varying timelines.

Engage with various teams to assess the financial implications of growth initiatives.

Create impactful presentations for leadership communication.

Operate effectively in dynamic environments, driving initiatives through collaboration.

General Responsibilities: Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

Support senior leaders with presentations that clearly convey analytical outcomes.

Handle ad-hoc requests while managing special projects.

Prioritize and delegate responsibilities effectively within your team.

Coordinate with corporate Global Finance teams to ensure alignment on deal valuations.

Perform financial assessments for industry-related topics and strategic options.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience.

A minimum of 4 years in financial analysis.

At least 4 years of experience in financial modeling.

Minimum of 1 year managing a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function.

At least 1 year of people management experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance.

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

2+ years of experience managing direct and indirect reports.

This role does not offer sponsorship for new applicants seeking employment authorization. The expected salary range for this position is as follows: in Chicago, IL: $132,800 - $151,600; in McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700; in Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600. Actual salary will be determined based on location and experience. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentives including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
