As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive end‑to‑end integration solutions. You will lead client discussions to define integration requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment between business processes and supporting applications.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver scalable integration solutions across Salesforce Health Cloud and CPQ.
Lead client engagements to understand business objectives, define requirements, and translate them into robust technology solutions.
Map business processes to applications, define data entities, and select the appropriate integration technologies, components, and patterns.
Design the overall integration architecture, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide technical leadership to the development team.
Guide and mentor team members, drive architectural decisions, and resolve complex technical challenges.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key solution and design decisions across projects.
Develop innovative solutions to problems that span multiple systems or teams.
Location Requirement This role requires on‑site presence at the local ATC office in Chesterbrook, PA 2–3 times per week.
What you need
Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce development, including at least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing and mentoring development teams and delivering Salesforce solutions within healthcare environments.
Strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Salesforce Platform.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on location, role, skill set, and experience. Salary ranges vary by state. For example:
California: $73,800 to $218,800
Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000
Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000
Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300
Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
New York/New Jersey: $68,300 to $218,800
Washington: $78,500 to $201,300
