SailPoint Engineer
to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
Integrate Sail with enterprise systems and applications to support access provisioning, certification, and policy enforcement.
Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to define identity and access management (IAM) requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Configure and manage Okta for single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain connectors, workflows, and rules within SailPoint to automate identity processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, access requests, and authentication.
Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in identity and access management, with hands‑on expertise in SailPoint and Okta.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, role‑based access control (RBAC), and directory services.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python) for customization and automation.
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration frameworks.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
