Overview:
A wonderful young family in Atherton seeks an operational leader to elevate main and peripheral residences. The role oversees all residential properties in Northern California.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple residence teams, including housekeepers, nannies, chefs, etc.
Develop and implement processes to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Coordinate and synchronize staff across all properties.
Travel as needed to oversee homes and meetings.
Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Principal.
Ensure on-site full‑time presence in Atherton.
Qualifications:
10–20+ years of experience in estate management or a related field.
Proven track record managing teams and creating processes.
High emotional intelligence, low ego, and an innovative mindset.
Ability to work hands‑on and provide leadership.
Relocation to Atherton is open.
Valid travel credential for occasional travel.
Compensation:
$200,000 – $325,000 per year.
