Provide legal counsel in estate and trust matters. Support business transition and succession planning with tax expertise. Develop and maintain a client portfolio. Collaborate with clients in key industry sectors. Requirements
Minimum of five years of legal experience in estate and trust law. Admission to the Washington State Bar and Oregon State Bar. Knowledge of community property law in Washington. Experience in client service and business development. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active membership in the Washington State Bar and Oregon State Bar. Skills
Strong entrepreneurial and client service mindset. Ability to develop and manage a client portfolio. Experience in at least one key industry sector. Productivity and discretionary merit bonuses.
