Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be a client‑focused and experienced attorney with a strong background in estate planning and administration.
Key qualifications include:
Experience
Minimum of 3–10+ years in estate planning and trust/estate administration.
Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
Ability to draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Barred in Virginia.
