Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Design and Deployment:

Design and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Configure and manage AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.

Build and maintain development, staging, and production environments.

System Administration and Maintenance:

Monitor system performance and optimize cloud resources to minimize costs.

Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using tools like CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk or Datadog.

Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions are in place.

Security and Compliance:

Crowdstrike Falcon or (SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Palo Alto Networks' Cortex XDR)

Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with DevOps, developers, and Data engineer to support application deployment and troubleshooting.

Provide guidance and training to team members on AWS and cloud technologies.

Automation and Optimization:

Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

10+ years of experience as a cloud or infrastructure engineer.

At least 5+ years of recent Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in scripting such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, routing, and security groups.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and integration with on-premises systems
