$80,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
Flexible Schedule & Work Settings:
Full‑time or part‑time, in clinic, home, and/or school
Supportive Team:
Weekly mentorship and collaboration
What You’ll Do
Provide evidence‑based physical therapy to children (ages 0‑18) in diverse settings.
Address gross motor development, mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, and behavior therapists).
Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with families.
What We’re Looking For
California PT license (from an accredited program).
1+ years of pediatric experience (preferred, but new graduates are welcome with strong mentorship).
Passion for working with children and a growth mindset.
Additional Certifications / Preferred Skills
Pediatric Clinical Specialist (PCS) – Preferred.
Early Intervention training – a plus.
