Generous Float Pool Differentials Sinai Hospital’s Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties. The Float Pool at Sinai Hospital is a designated supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet patient care needs. All positions are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder and committees throughout the hospital. RN’s can receive up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus plus competitive pay and additional differentials. As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families. Requirements

Not currently a LifeBridge Health employee Telemetry experience required Women/L&D/Mother Baby experience required 2+ years of experience in 2+ departments required Basic professional knowledge, equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field Maryland Registered Nurse License American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and ACLS Preferred

Current Certification – NRP for WICU, M/B L&D PALS for ED, PACU, PEDS, PICU, & CDCR Float Pool staff will follow a 6‑week schedule with a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays, and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days. All staff are eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations have been met. Who We Are
