City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a relentless B2B sales hunter to develop new janitorial contract business across Northern Nevada. This is pure new business development—you prospect your assigned territory, qualify leads, present solutions, close contracts, and immediately hand off to our operations team.

You’ll own a defined set of zip codes across Reno, Carson City, and Northern Nevada. Every dollar of contract revenue that comes from your territory is yours. You’re not competing with other sales reps—you own your market and control your income potential.

The Model You generate your own leads through cold outreach, door-to-door field visits, strategic networking, and systematically working your geographic territory. You close commercial janitorial contracts with building owners and property managers. Once signed, our Facility Solutions Managers take over the relationship—you move on to the next prospect.

Compensation On-Target Earnings of $120,000+ annually for hitting performance goals. You’ll earn a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission on every contract you close. Identify and target commercial buildings 10,000-100,000 square feet

Generate your own leads through cold calling, door-knocking, and systematic territory coverage

DELIVER CONSULTATIVE SALES PROCESS

Walk commercial facilities with decision-makers to assess janitorial needs

Identify pain points with current service providers

Documented closing ability in competitive B2B sales environments

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for daily territory coverage
