Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Reservations Agent to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. What will you do?
Answer multi-line telephone, maintaining a professional office environment and professional relations with internal and external customers in accordance with our established customer service program
Provide a top-notch customer service program
Use all available resources to answer questions
Create reservations and recognize opportunities to offer packages and additional services
Communicate with hotel and resort front desk staff
More about you
Effective written and oral communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, database activity, and keyboarding
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to clearly communicate using a telephone
Customer service experience required with a love for helping others
Must be at least 21 years of age
Capacity to work a flexible schedule
No high school diploma or GED required
Strong phone, listening, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Physical requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Adequate vision capabilities
