Design Checker & Engineer (Catia) Menasha / Green bay, WI Onsite - Work from Office Unique Skills: Must be experienced with design tools CATIA V5/V6. Must complete and clear Catia tool test. Responsibilities: To Validate Design as per the Intent of the given Task. To perform Model analysis and Check the 3D Model Integrity as per the organizations standards. To Check the definition, position and clearance of the Decals for the Connectors and Terminal Plugs in the Electrical Routings assembly. To Check Placard Layout Drawings with respect to the Placard definitions & standards. To Check Schematic Layout Drawings as per the organizations standards. To Check Exterior Paint Drawings as per the organizations standards. To validate Vendor Parts with respect to the Vendor specification Drawings. To Check Profile Card of all the files before Release into the PLM. To perform Clash Analysis in Assemblies within the Limits of acceptance in accordance to organizations standards. To validate the Data and verify to check if the Latest and the appropriate file is used in the Assembly. To Check the report of the Workflow to verify the Task details have been listed and described accurately. To Communicate with the Designers & Leads in reference to the Design and Design related Changes and see to the implementation of the same.
