Job Description
This position involves caring for patients with a variety of cardiovascular issues, including STEMI/NSTEMI, chest pain rule out, congestive heart failure (CHF), and those requiring non-invasive ventilation. The nurse will also provide care for patients recovering from cardiothoracic surgery and manage antiarrhythmic IV medications.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the cardiovascular care unit. Monitor patient conditions and assess for changes, implementing appropriate interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Support patients and families in understanding treatment options and care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
At least 6 months of nursing experience in a relevant area. Required certifications: ACLS, NIHSS. State license: Oklahoma. Flexibility to float to Med/Surg or ER to take CVCU/Med Surg holds is required. Why ARMStaffing?
