In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives within our existing customer base. You will own the P&L and performance metrics, focusing on key performance indicators that relate to retention and lifetime value. Your expertise in B2B SaaS will be invaluable as you develop and execute tailored customer lifecycle strategies for mid-market and SMB clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the customer success team to enhance performance. Creating effective retention and expansion strategies. Utilizing data-driven approaches to manage and improve customer experiences. Fostering cross-functional alignment across the organization. Risk identification and opportunity discovery within the customer base. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the data and digital landscape, a strong background in mid-market and SMB customer segments, and excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. This position allows flexibility in a remote-first environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA is a plus. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in B2B revenue leadership roles, with at least 5 years in management of sales teams. Hiring Manager Title:
