Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba P2P/S2P Solution Architect who will align technology with business strategy by designing and implementing end‑to‑end procurement solutions using SAP Ariba. This role drives business value, serves as a subject‑matter expert in Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, and guides clients through digital transformation initiatives.
Location Hybrid with up to 50% travel to client location. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office will be required to work onsite 2 times per week.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements, design solutions, configure, test, and provide user support within SAP S/4HANA or Ariba, aligning with customer business strategy and best practices.
Define and own the solution architecture across Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Ariba Network integrations.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP Ariba P2P/S2P solutions and define integration strategies with ERP/third‑party systems using middleware/APIs.
Partner with business leaders to translate procurement objectives—cost optimization, supplier collaboration, compliance, and process efficiency—into system‑enabled capabilities.
Conduct workshops, translate business needs into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
Design and configure SAP P2P solutions, including MM, FICO, and Ariba for e‑procurement.
Create and maintain solution documentation, roadmaps, and functional configurations.
Support system configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities.
Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to end‑users, project teams, and client stakeholders. Act as the escalation point for design decisions, integration challenges, and process alignment.
Identify optimization opportunities and support business case development for further ROI and adoption through enhancements.
Leverage analytics, automation, and AI capabilities within SAP Ariba and the broader SAP ecosystem to unlock new business value.
Qualifications
10+ years of SAP experience.
Ability to configure SAP P2P settings and customize the system to meet business needs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and solution architecture.
Experience working in global delivery environments is a plus.
Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice processing, and supplier management.
SAP Ariba certification is highly desirable.
Familiarity with emerging procurement technologies (AI, automation, advanced analytics).
Solid understanding of the SAP P2P process, including MM, FICO, and Ariba.
Required Skills
Lead solution design and architecture discussions.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Experience with SAP ERP integration and middleware tools.
Expertise in SAP Ariba modules: Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain Collaborationli>
Proficiency in creating technical documentation and training materials.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
