Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Lead complex technology and process implementations across multiple departments to achieve enterprise objectives

Provide strategic leadership and high‑level direction to engineering teams across consumer banking platforms

Drive the design and development of data products that deliver actionable insights for business and customers

Collaborate with architects and analytics teams to build scalable, cloud‑based solutions leveraging AWSli>

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software engineering leadership within large‑scale organizations
