Addison Group is partnering with a well‑established, growth‑oriented firm in the San Francisco area seeking an Administrative & Operations Assistant. This position supports senior leadership and plays a key role in ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
The Administrative & Operations Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to company executives and assist with overall office management. This individual will be involved in upcoming organizational projects and will serve as a central point of contact for day‑to‑day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and logistics
Manage general office operations, vendors, and supply orders
Support leadership and team initiatives with documentation and project tracking
Assist in planning and executing an upcoming office move and workspace setup
Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative functions
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience providing administrative or operational support
Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and related tools
Proven ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Additional Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid: currently 3 in-office days; expected to increase to 4)
