They’re hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with mid-tier defense customers - including integrators, unmanned systems partners, and supply chain stakeholders.
This is a hands‑on, client-facing role for someone who understands the defense sales cycle, is confident navigating FAR‑based terms, and thrives in technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of lower-tier defense clients and integrators
Support ongoing adoption and engagement across navigation hardware and systems
Handle supply chain‑driven sales cycles and assist with contract execution
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams
Monitor account activity via Salesforce and contribute to reporting and forecasting
Spot opportunities for growth, upsell, and expansion
Key Requirements
Experience in account management or sales experience in defense hardware
Experience working with INS, robotics, radar, or electronic warfare systems
Familiarity with FAR clauses and supply chain/customer contract processes
Comfortable speaking with both technical and procurement teams
Salesforce user – organised, metrics-driven, and detail-focused
Based in DC or Huntsville (hybrid flexibility available)
