Director, Financial Planning & Analysis - PGIM Finance (Hybrid)
Join PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential, as we continue to improve financial services and create meaningful impact. We are looking for a dynamic leader to support the executive team with insight‑led financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic support.
What You Will Do As a Director of Planning & Analysis you will be part of PGIM’s FP&A team overseen by the Head of FP&A, reporting to both finance and strategy. Your role includes:
Leading the development of a long‑term forecast that directly informs PGIM’s strategic planning.
Driving strategic analyses for critical priorities such as scenario planning, M&A, and strategic initiatives.
Supporting the transformation of the forecast process using new technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Communicating findings and recommendations to senior management across PGIM.
Mentoring by senior leaders and receiving coaching from asset management and strategy experts.
What You Can Expect
Oversee the consolidated forecast development in partnership with PGIM businesses and senior leadership.
Manage and develop a team of managers and associates.
Lead analysis of key financial trends and drivers for data‑driven decision making.
Drive special projects tied to strategic initiatives and M&A deals.
Build and deliver high‑quality executive presentations.
Support new technology initiatives to improve existing processes.
Collaborate across finance, strategy, and investor relations.
What You Will Bring
BA, strong academic background.
10+ years in financial services, ideally asset management.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
Experience leading a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for problem solving.
Highly collaborative but able to work independently.
Self‑starter thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range Prudential is required by state laws to disclose the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range is
$150,000 to $181,000 .
