Night shifts, 12 hours (19:00 – 07:00)

Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit
Patient Ratio:
1:6
Float:
Travelers may float between 5 hospitals in the health system (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL)
Weekend Coverage:
Required (Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday)
Estimated Weekly Salary:
$1990-$2130
Registered Nurse Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (within the last 12 months)
Active New Jersey or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (cannot expire within 30 days of assignment start date)
Pulmonary nursing experience required
Epic charting system proficiency
Ability to pass a dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (2 attempts permitted, must be taken on PC)
COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Ability to float to Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL hospitals
Navy blue scrubs required
Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients, including those with pulmonary and general diagnoses
Monitor and interpret telemetry data; collaborate with monitor technicians
Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic EMR
Float to other hospitals within the health system as needed
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participate in orientation and complete required modules and labs promptly
Adhere to all hospital policies, including fit testing and dress code
