Responsibilities
Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Refine buyers’ criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion
Schedule and attend on‑site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
Qualifications
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Self‑starter and able to work with minimal supervision
Professional in attitude and appearance
Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Compensation $140,000 per year
