Territory Account Manager – South Chicago, IL
Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide. Our flagship product is the AI‑driven, non‑invasive Heartflow FFRCT Analysis, which provides a color‑coded 3‑D model of a patient’s coronary arteries to demonstrate how blockages affect blood flow. Heartflow is the first AI‑driven, integrated heart‑care solution across the CCTA pathway, helping clinicians identify stenoses, assess coronary blood flow, and quantify atherosclerosis. The company is publicly traded (HTFL) and has been cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, with more than 400,000 patients worldwide.
Our base compensation for the Territory Account Manager (TAM) is $125,000‑$140,000, depending on location and experience. In addition, the TAM is eligible for variable/commission, with total target compensation (base plus commission) ranging from $200,000 to $215,000.
