Director of Sales – Consumer-Directed Health E-Commerce Solutions
NationsBenefits is a rapidly growing Health‑FinTech provider offering supplemental benefits, flex cards, and member engagement tools. We partner with health plans to deliver value‑based care, improve outcomes, and address social determinants of health.
The Director of Sales drives growth and market adoption of our next‑generation E‑Commerce Health Suite—an integrated marketplace that enables members to maximize benefit dollars in categories such as OTC, Nutrition, Meals, Vision, Hearing, and Wellness. The role focuses on expanding strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and positioning the platform as a transformative solution within the health benefits space.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a national sales pipeline of TPAs, benefit administrators, and strategic channel partners.
Develop account strategies to drive adoption of the E‑Commerce Health Suite and expand utilization among existing clients.
Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, pricing, and go‑to‑market materials.
Lead contract negotiations and close enterprise‑level deals.
Track and forecast sales performance using CRM tools and report directly to the executive team.
Represent the company at key industry events and conferences (HCAA, SIIA, ECFC, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
10+ years of experience selling consumer‑directed health solutions (e.g., OTC programs, FSA/HSA payment integrations, wellness incentives, or benefits tech) to TPAs or benefit administrators.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding multi‑million‑dollar sales targets.
Strong understanding of benefit card networks, substantiation requirements, and CDH ecosystem partners.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable in a fast‑growth startup environment.
