The successful candidate will be a key leader in the finance department, responsible for driving the company's financial planning and analysis function. This role requires a strategic partner who can provide executive decision support, deliver actionable financial insights, and develop scalable processes to support the company's long-term strategy. The VP will lead the corporate FP&A organization, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reporting, and will be instrumental in driving the company's financial operating model and metrics. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive finance experience, with at least 7 years' in FP&A leadership, and a strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, or other recurring revenue business models. Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics and the ability to build complex financial models are essential. The role also involves leading a team, driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes, and supporting corporate development and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and experience with financial systems and planning tools.
