Position : Full‑time Director of Rehabilitation.
Location : Montesano, WA.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of compassionate clinicians who help patients get well, bringing power back to the patients you serve.
Oversee all rehab services in the facility, providing direct patient care and ensuring the highest standards of rehabilitation services.
Act as a teacher, healer, and helper; collaborate with the team and make referrals as needed to support patients’ progress.
Grow and mentor the clinical team while addressing patient needs, designing, implementing, and executing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patient abilities.
Adapt to the needs of the team and patients, find joy in the variety of work settings, and put patients first as a director.
Qualifications
Degree in a rehabilitation discipline (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP) required.
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third‑party billing.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to make independent decisions and problem‑solve appropriately.
Knowledge of all state practice acts.
Ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
Salary and Bonus Posted Salary Range: $75,000.00 – $108,000.00 per year. Bonus: $10,000.00.
