JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver nursing care in the Medical Surgical, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
Communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families
Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues
Update and manage patient records
Enter and interpret computerized data/information
Follow guidelines and policies established by BMCs nursing organization
Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects
Position: Registered Nurse, Med Surg-
Schedule: 36 hours - Rotating Day/Night w/ every other weekend/holiday (three 12-hrs. shifts)
POSITION SUMMARY RN in the Medical Surgical, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve.
RELOCATION PACKAGE Partial
Must-Haves
One year of RN experience
Must have active or pending Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or the ability to obtain one.
Must be willing to work permanent nights with every other weekend (36hr/week)
Nice-To-Haves
More than 2 years of experience
Recent Step down, med surg, or ICU experience
Would be willing to consider someone with extensive acute rehab experience
