Sr. Performance Marketing Manager

The Sr. Performance Marketing Manager will support data-driven digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with breadth of expertise across paid media channels, campaign optimization, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will manage marketing budgets, support cross‑functional initiatives, and mentor junior team members while delivering measurable ROI across all digital marketing channels. They will partner closely with their immediate team and the broader marketing team including paid media, content, social, lifecycle communications, product and operations. This role will report to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
Creates comprehensive annual strategic marketing plans for one business unit
Collaborate with channel partners to develop strategies and support execution of integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and other digital channels to achieve acquisition and revenue targets
Manage monthly marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across all channels and campaigns
Collaborate with marketing analytics teams to maintain attribution models, develop reporting dashboards, and derive actionable insights from data
Partner with creative, product, and engineering teams to optimize landing pages, develop creative, A/B test, and enhance conversion funnels
Identify and test new marketing channels, technologies, and tactics to expand customer acquisition
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Mentor and develop other marketing team members, providing guidance on best practices and campaign optimization
Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
Stay current on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies
Partner with sales teams to understand needs and develop support tools/processes to increase sales productivity and effectiveness
Qualifications
Significant capacity and highly self-driven
Naturally curious with an aptitude for learning
Creative problem‑solving abilities with a test‑and‑learn mindset
Strong verbal and written communicator and ability to build trusting relationships with senior leadership
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic display platforms
Proficiency in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics) and marketing attribution
Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rate optimization
Ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Rigor against tracking marketing results and ability to act based on outcomes
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and ability to align marketing initiatives with company objectives
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles
Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition programs and achieving ROI targets
Preferred
Experience working in large-scale, technology‑enabled healthcare services businesses
Experience in high‑growth startups or fast‑paced e‑commerce environments
Understanding of SQL and ability to work with marketing data warehouses is a plus

For this position, we offer a pay range of $114,300 – $220,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job‑related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
