Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP EWM Consultant to contribute across the consulting lifecycle. The candidate will be intensely involved in business process consulting, defining problems, proposing and creating solutions, and playing an important role in development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. The role includes guiding teams on project processes, contributing to proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and detailing project scope to shape value‑adding consulting solutions for our global clients. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; may consider 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology Location: Irving, TX – candidate must be working from the location Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship (no immigration sponsorship provided) Preferred Qualifications
Business processes end‑to‑end knowledge 1 full‑cycle EWM implementation experience Good understanding of SAP EWM outbound, inbound, and internal processes with VAS, quality inspections, EGR, wave management, physical inventory, posting changes Experience creating master data: packaging specifications, warehouse organizational structure, handling unit settings; configuring and modifying the Post Processing Framework Experience setting up system integration between SAP ERP and SAP EWM Knowledge of implementing labor management, yard management, and cross‑Docking in EWM Interface development experience (RF, ALE IDoc, Web Services) Experience with system enhancements, configuration, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, data migration, and queue monitoring/resolution Key Skills
Solid background in SAP EWM functional design, technical development, and integration troubleshooting Proven experience in both functional and technical roles across multiple full‑cycle implementations Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply‑chain business processes Expertise in SAP EWM integration with WCS, TMS, ERP, carrier systems, and third‑party logistics providers Proficiency in integration technologies: IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services (SOAP/REST), SAP PI/PO, CPI, MuleSoft Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD, TM, PP integration points Experience with RF frameworks, POSC, LOSC, WOCR, and automation solutions Skilled in ABAP development, BADIs, user exits, performance optimization Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Mentoring and leading technical and functional teams Experience with configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and development (10+ years) Client‑facing experience with strong presentation skills Location And Compensation
