The Opportunity
As a creative problem-solving leader for the Public Sector pre-sales technical team, you will have the chance to craft impactful solutions for the challenging digital experience problems. You will craft solution visions that pursue prospects' most significant business problems with tailored use-cases which clearly articulate the context and value of the Adobe Experience Manager and associated technologies in the customer's strategic vision. In this role you will master Government challenges as well as the Experience Cloud architecture and how it helps tackle these challenges.

What you’ll do
The Expert Solution Consultant is expected to perform the following functions:
Perform account planning, discovery and develop a vision which matches clients' objectives and solves their business issues
Demonstrate or discuss the benefits of the content management solutions within the context of the overall Adobe product suite.
Maintain an understanding of Experience Cloud competitors, especially strengths and weaknesses of competitor solutions
Develop & Maintain authoritative understanding of digital content industry including key trends, challenges and innovations
What you need to succeed
Experience in a technical pre-sale, consulting, in a related digital transformation environment
Expert level experience with Adobe Experience Manager (architecture, security, business and technical value proposition, and implementation best practices
Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, web services, and web protocols
Understanding of digital transformation
Ability to travel up to 40%
Familiar and skilled with graphics programs to craft presentations (i.e., Adobe Express, Powerpoint or Keynote)
Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer success and growth
Solid understanding of client-side and server-side scripting technologies
Strong verbal and writing skills (writing samples helpful)
Project management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs!
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
