Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. May also lead Departments. Responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to team and other managers. The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for the best service. The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include delivering great quality food to customers, fast, food always safe, food cost controlled, and all kitchen staff trained in production procedures, including new menu items added. The People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training well, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, ensuring crew start strong and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there. Qualifications

Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. Additional Information & Benefits
