Job DescriptionJob Description Program Manager – Logistics, Samples & GTM Support We’re looking for a detail-oriented Program Manager to coordinate sample logistics, certification tracking, and accessory go-to-market activities. This role supports product testing, dogfooding, and launch readiness by overseeing shipping workflows, schedules, and survey feedback. Ideal for someone with 3–5 years of PM or logistics experience and strong organizational skills.
Scope: • Sample & Shipping Coordination: Manage inbound/outbound sample logistics, allocations, and archive tracking. • Dogfooding & Certification: Define dogfood programs, ship units, collect feedback, and track certification/test status. • Survey & Reporting: Create and manage test surveys, consolidate feedback, and present findings to teams. • GTM & SKU Tracking: Support accessory GTM workflows, custom requests, channel readiness, and milestone tracking. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain schedules and close execution gaps.
Required: • 3-5 years’ experience in project management, operations, or logistics. • Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills. • Tech industry exposure or consumer hardware experience is a plus. • Comfortable using Sheets/Excel and basic survey/reporting tools.
Estimated Min Rate : $40.00 Estimated Max Rate : $50.00/hr+. Depends on work experience.
