Founder & CEO of Hadron Energy | Engineer Providing Clean Energy | Global Engineering Leader | International Standards & Certifications Scholar Hadron Energy specializes in Micro Modular Reactor (MMR) development, design, and research based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As the leading MMR developer, Hadron Energy is building factory-produced, transportable microreactors that provide 24/7 carbon-free power for data centers, government facilities, industrial sites, and remote communities. Our mission is to create a brighter, healthier, and more equitable energy future.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The position is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise in civil, site, and infrastructure design who are passionate about supporting the deployment of next-generation clean energy systems.

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the planning, design, and coordination of site development, foundations, and infrastructure for Hadron Energy’s micro modular reactor (MMR) installations. This individual will work closely with structural, mechanical, and regulatory teams to ensure projects meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards across diverse deployment environments.

You will play a key role in shaping Hadron’s site engineering strategy—developing scalable, standardized civil and structural designs that support rapid, factory-built deployment of modular nuclear power systems worldwide.
