This role is responsible for managing a floor area that includes fashion, import, jewelry, regional, returns, Sam's, and HMSC segments at Walmart. Key Responsibilities

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, distributing procedures, and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions or recommendations in order to resolve issues. Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, modeling logistics and company policies, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, and coaching. Promote a culture of belonging by building high‑performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected. Build strong and trusting relationships, communicating with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence. Attract and retain the best talent, empower and develop talent, and recognize others’ contributions and accomplishments. Act with integrity, maintaining and promoting the highest standards of ethics and compliance, modeling Walmart values, holding self and others accountable, and supporting Walmart’s regenerative goals.
