About the Role We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional implementation projects with a focus on onboarding enterprise mortgage clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a proven track record of managing complex projects end‑to‑end, and brings a deep understanding of mortgage industry operations.

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle project management for complex client onboarding engagements, from initiation to post‑implementation review.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using industry‑standard tools (e.g., MS Project or Project 365).

Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

Facilitate regular project meetings (daily Scrums) and provide clear, timely communication of project status, issues, and escalations.

Partner with technical and operational teams to coordinate system integrations, data migrations, and platform configurations.

Track project financials, budgets, and forecasting against scope and delivery milestones.

Mentor Account Management team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience, with at least 7 years in a senior or lead role.

Proven experience managing large‑scale client onboarding or enterprise implementations.

Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools.

Strong understanding of end‑to‑end mortgage processes (loan origination, servicing, escrow, compliance, etc.) preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams across operations, technology, and external vendors.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; PMP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
