Seeking a 3-5 years’ Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with courtroom experience for an AV‑rated, mid‑size defense firm in Houston. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract disputes, arbitration, and handling commercial cases in state and federal courts throughout Texas. This role will emphasize commercial litigation, discovery, motion practice through mediation, and trials, requiring the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. A motivated and determined individual will thrive here with career growth opportunities in complex commercial matters and high‑dollar cases, in a team‑oriented, collaborative work environment. Job Duties And Requirements: Drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, briefing, and legal research, attending depositions. Conducting mediations, administrative hearings, making court appearances. Experience in evidentiary hearings, leading temporary injunction and restraining order hearings (a plus).
