Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Client Partner - BFSI with a proven track record of managing and growing large financial services accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting-led approach and experience in driving digital transformation, core banking modernization, data and AI initiatives, and customer experience programs within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. The role demands a strong mix of relationship management, business acumen, and technology understanding-someone who can build executive-level partnerships, identify growth opportunities within existing clients, and orchestrate multi-million-dollar transformation programs in collaboration with global delivery and practice teams. Key Responsibilities: Account Growth & Expansion:
Lead revenue growth within existing BFSI clients by identifying white space and expanding across digital, cloud, data, and transformation offerings. Client Engagement:
Build and nurture C-level relationships (CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CROs, CMOs) across banks, insurance, and financial institutions to position high-value transformation programs. Consulting-led Solutioning:
Partner with internal consulting, domain, and delivery teams to co-create value-driven solutions in Core Banking & Insurance Platform Transformation, Payments Modernization, Cloud Migration, Data & AI, and Customer Experience. Industry Expertise:
Stay current on BFSI trends such as open banking, real-time payments, regtech, AI-driven risk analytics, digital claims, and intelligent automation. Represent the company at key industry events and client forums. Pipeline & Forecasting:
Own the account pipeline and opportunity management process-drive qualification, proposal development, pricing, and closure of strategic programs. Strategic Relationship Management:
Serve as the trusted advisor to client executives, ensuring long-term alignment with their business priorities and driving sustained account growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with solution architects, practice heads, and delivery leadership to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. Ideal Candidate Profile:
12+ years of experience in client relationship management, account growth, or business leadership roles within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors. Proven success in managing large strategic accounts and driving multi-million-dollar P&L portfolios. Deep understanding of BFSI transformation themes - including Core Platform Modernization, Payments, Risk & Compliance, Cloud, Data & AI/ML, and Digital Experience. Strong consultative selling and executive relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders. Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management abilities.
