Your Role's Purpose: In this position, you will work within our Investor Center, interacting directly with customers to provide tailored guidance and planning solutions while enhancing the firm’s brand recognition. You will have access to a comprehensive product platform and top-tier resources in the financial sector, allowing you to build and nurture relationships with an established client base. What We’re Looking For: A proven track record in relationship-building, identifying client needs, and recommending effective solutions. FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed or the ability to obtain series 65/66 upon hire. Strong capability to explain complex financial strategies to a knowledgeable audience while establishing trust and rapport. A degree or other professional certifications are beneficial; if you don’t already hold a CFP or degree, take advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement program to achieve one. Your Skills: Expertise in presenting diverse investment strategies and integrating additional client assets through client-focused discussions. Your unwavering commitment to clients will enable you to make a positive impact in your community. The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Placement within this range will be determined by job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary constitutes only part of the total compensation package, which may also include bonuses or other variable components depending on eligibility.
