Mary Bridge Children’s multi-disciplinary approach to care includes pediatric experts for emergency services, inpatient care, and outpatient specialty clinics, all specializing in kids and their unique needs. We’re continually recognized as a ‘Top Children’s Hospital’ by The Leapfrog Group, an independent hospital rating organization.
FTE: 0.8, Shift: Days, Schedule: 8 hour shifts, Monday‑Friday.

Position Summary The Certified Surgical Technologist is responsible for assisting with the care and preparation of the surgical patient and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN. You will have responsibility for the assembly, set‑up, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures and pass instruments to surgeon and his/her assistants. Work situations are primarily routine but may change rapidly to an emergent or critical situation, and may require both directed and independent decision‑making depending on the nature of the situation.
Requirements
Graduate of Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date
Health Care Provider level CPR certification
Previous experience preferred

Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
