You will be the primary technical interface between the company and its customers. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and ensuring that our products are seamlessly integrated into customer applications. You will work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, providing pre- and post-sales support.

Understand customer applications and requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.

Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.

Provide on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Assist customers in the integration and implementation of company products into their manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop custom solutions based on customer feedback.

Ensure that products meet customer specifications and performance expectations.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's product lines and their applications in manufacturing.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and industry trends.

Provide feedback to the product development team to guide future product enhancements.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, user guides, and training materials.

Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal teams.

Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to align product offerings with market needs.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.

Monitor industry trends and competitor products to inform strategic decisions.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's market position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related engineering field with 5+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in a technical support, field applications, or engineering role in the manufacturing industry.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in CCL/PCB manufacturing processes and systems are required.

Trained quality and statistic knowledge are needed as basic engineering sense.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Proficient in technical documentation and the creation of user guides and training materials.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Ability to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50% travel).
