Job Title Supply Chain Analyst III
Location US - CA - Remote
Summary The main function of the Inventory Analyst is to ensure timely reporting and status on finished goods inventory, transaction work in the system of record for allocations and general item maintenance, and various assignments and activities related to inventory planning and system updates.
Responsibilities
Transact allocation data directly into the allocation management system in alignment with management direction.
Maintain inventory status, reporting and analysis.
Provide timely and thorough responses to inquiries from cross‑functional partners and the direct team related to inventory planning and related updates.
Perform various assignments and activities related to inventory planning and execution.
Skills
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, across different modes (chat, email, verbal, meetings).
Experience with ERP and planning software applications (e.g., Oracle, o9, etc.).
Critical thinking skills, working through operational issues, providing root cause and corrective action suggestions to small/medium supply chain challenges.
General working knowledge of supply chain management and related methodologies and principles.
Proficient in spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or a related business field required.
Compensation San Jose, CA: $185,000.00–$230,000.00 (6 days ago)
