We’re looking for an expert Robotics Machine Learning to advance learning-based autonomy for autonomous mobile robots. In this role, you’ll design and deploy algorithms that bridge perception, reasoning, and control, enabling robots to navigate, understand, and act intelligently in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize reinforcement and imitation learning algorithms for real-world robot navigation and manipulation.
Integrate vision-language models (VLMs) for multimodal perception, grounding, and hierarchical task planning.
Build scalable training pipelines for sim-to-real transfer and continuous on-robot adaptation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across perception, motion planning, and systems integration to deploy models on AMR platforms.
Qualifications
Proven experience with RL, imitation learning, and robotic control for autonomous systems.
Strong understanding of VLMs/LLMs and multimodal architectures.
Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and ROS2.
Experience deploying models in real or simulated robotic environments (e.g., Isaac Gym, Mujoco, Gazebo).
Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
