Our team is built on heart, grit, and bold action serving patients with excellence while creating a movement of people who want to feel truly well.If youre a results-driven chiropractor who thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing environment and youre ready to make a real difference in peoples lives wed love to meet you.Your RoleAs an Associate Chiropractor, youll play a key role in expanding our ability to serve more patients and deliver outstanding corrective and wellness-based chiropractic care.Youll be supported by a high-performing team from marketing and operations to coaching and mentorship so you can focus on what you do best: changing lives through chiropractic care.What Youll DoClinical ExcellenceDeliver exceptional, corrective-based chiropractic care to help patients achieve lasting results.Take and interpret X-rays, prepare X-ray reports for patients.Use your preferred adjusting techniques results matter more than style.Serve both corrective and acute patients (majority corrective).Maintain all documentation and SOAP notes daily in compliance with HIPAA and DORA.The Wellness Way DevelopmentLearn and apply The Wellness Ways holistic approach to help patients heal naturally and llaborate with Dr. Shannon Bundy and our clinical team to integrate advanced testing, diagnostics, and wellness education into care plans.Participate in ongoing mentorship to strengthen both clinical and personal growth.Marketing & GrowthPartner with our marketing team to create weekly social media content that educates, inspires, and grows your personal and office brand.Engage consistently with our online community, responding to comments and sharing patient success stories.Make personal follow-up calls to improve patient retention and outcomes.Support our robust referral program and represent the office at community events and workshops.Team & CultureCollaborate daily with the front desk and health coach to maintain an exceptional patient experience.Be a team player who communicates clearly, shows up with energy, and lives out our Creed:We serve with heart.
