Role Overview:
As a Financial Advisor in our Investor Center, you will engage directly with clients to offer expert guidance and personalized financial planning, while effectively expanding the reach and recognition of Fidelity’s brand. You will receive robust support through our open architecture product platform and industry-leading resources, all while nurturing strong relationships with our existing client base.
What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated success in building client relationships, identifying financial needs, and recommending intelligent solutions
FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 licenses required, or must obtain within a specified timeframe post-hire
A strong ability to articulate complex solutions to a knowledgeable clientele while establishing credibility and rapport
Possession of a degree and/or other professional certifications is preferred; if you don’t currently have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can assist you in obtaining one

The base salary for this role is between $60,000 and $75,000 annually. Your placement within this range will depend on job responsibilities, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors.
This salary is just one part of our comprehensive compensation package, which may also include bonuses or other variable compensation depending on eligibility requirements.

Work Environment:
Most roles at Fidelity require associates to work in a hybrid model, reporting to the office every other week (Monday through Friday). Some roles may be remote or fully onsite.
